Omron launch their first range of electronic toothbrushes

Already known as the leading provider of home healthcare products, Omron are excited to announce their newly launched range of electronic toothbrushes; the Omron Sonic Style.   Slim, stylish and light, this new product range consists of 4 different models all with sonic technology that operates at 20,000 – 33,000 strokes per minute.

The British Dental Foundation quote: “In people who have gum disease, bacteria from the mouth can get into the blood stream. It can then affect the heart by sticking to fatty deposits in the blood vessels of the heart. This can make clots more likely to form. People with gum disease are almost twice as likely to have coronary artery disease than those without gum disease.”

The Omron Sonic Style range offers 4 different models with varying key features. The leading model, the Omron Sonic Style 458 adapts to your personal needs through three different cleaning methods:

• Standard Swing Mode operates at 25,500 strokes per minute for effective gentle cleaning and removal of plaque.
• Wide Swing Mode operates at 13,000  strokes per minute optimizing oscillation of the bristles for gentle cleaning that covers broader area of the teeth
• Point Swing Mode operates at 33,000 strokes per minute targeting plaque between the teeth, leaving teeth clean and plaque free.
• 5 different speeds and a 30 second timer.

A further key benefit of the Omron Sonic Style range is the compact and portable charger. Small enough to take with you where ever you go.

To suit specific customer needs Omron also offer the choice of three different brush heads: 

• The Triple Cleaning Head offers three different kinds of bristles for effective plaque removal.
• The Super-Fine-Soft Bristle Head which is ideally suited for sensitive teeth and gums. 
• The Point Brush, an effective interdental brush.  Not as readily available with other electronic toothbrushes, having an interdental brush is important for any dental hygiene routines as it reaches the hard to clean areas including the back of the mouth and in between the teeth.
