A: No, you cannot access your cart or proceed with payment of the existing items in your cart after 17th December.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: For an online order successfully purchased before/on 17th December, the regular shipment process applies, and you will receive your order within 3-5 working days.

Q: I made a purchase before/on 17th December and I still haven’t received my order. What can I do?

Q: Where can I purchase OMRON products when the web shop is temporarily closed?
A: You can still purchase OMRON products at a local pharmacy or medical store. Locate your nearest store.

Q: When I can buy from OMRON web shop again?
A: It’s our first priority to re-open our web shop as soon as possible. You can create an account and sign up to our newsletters to be notified when our web shop is open again.

Q: Can I return my order when the web shop is temporarily closed?
A: Yes, you can still return your order within 14 days after purchase. See Standard Return Policy and Instructions for more information.

Q: Can I claim a warranty when the web shop is temporarily closed?
A: Yes, you can. Warranty of products is not impacted, and Customer Service continues to operate as usual.
