Hypertension and AFib in secondary prevention

Episode 1 of webinar series "Hypertension and Atrial Fibrillation: a risky couple even more when the family expands". Patients after being discharged from a rehabilitation department often have postoperative atrial fibrillation or atrial fibrillation as part of another underlying cardiac disease. The duration of oral anticoagulation can often not be reliably determined due to intermittent resting ECGs or long-term ECGs. Daily home blood pressure measurements combined with ECG analysis during management of these patients is certainly a major benefit.
