Angina symptoms related to ischemia with no obstructive coronary artery disease: INOCA; about 50% of pts with symptoms and signs of ischemia have non-obstructive coronary artery disease: INOCA of which 65% is female and 35% is male. It is important to give these patients a diagnose in order to improve their symptoms and decrease adverse events. These women (prevalence 80% age 45-65yrs) need additional invasive measurements to find out if coronary spasm or coronary microvascular dysfunction is the underlying problem. Treatment is focus on lifestyle, treatment of CV risk factors (ie hypertension etc) and additional medical treatment focus on spasm and/or CMD. Patientcase will be presented with coronary vasospasm.
