Yes. Evolv connects to the OMRON Connect app via Bluetooth on compatible iOS and Android devices. You can view, track, and share your measurements directly in the app. (Evolv can take measurements without a phone, but the app is required to see historical data.)
Yes. Evolv stores readings (typically up to 100 depending on the model) and syncs them wirelessly to the OMRON Connect app, where you can track trends and share results with your healthcare provider.
