OMRON PocketTens is a compact, portable TENS pain reliever designed to help reduce muscle and joint pain using Triple Action TENS technology. It works by:
- Blocking pain signals,
- Stimulating natural endorphin release, and
- Improving blood circulation through low frequency muscle stimulation.
This technology is clinically proven and widely used by physiotherapists.
PocketTens is suitable for common pain areas including the:

- Legs & feet

It is intended for reducing pain, stiffness, and numbness by applying electrical stimulation near the affected area.
The device includes:
- 3 pre set pain programs: arm/shoulder, lower back, leg/foot
- 2 massage-like modes: knead, steady
- 10 adjustable intensity levels
These settings allow customized therapy tailored to the user’s comfort and pain location.
Each session runs for 15 minutes, after which the device automatically switches off.
We recommend up to 2× 15 minute sessions in one sitting, up to 3 times per day depending on symptoms.

Yes. PocketTens is designed to be small, discreet, simple to operate, and safe for home use when following the manual. It features straightforward controls for mode and intensity adjustments. However, it should not be used by individuals with pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, or other electronic implants, or by pregnant individuals. (Detailed warnings appear in the manual.)
PocketTens uses OMRON Long Life Pads, which are washable and reusable up to 150 times. When adhesion fades, pads can typically be restored by rinsing with water and air drying. Replacement pads are sold separately.
